Paragon Coin Inc., its founders and executives, and rapper Jayceon Terrel Taylor—higher often called The Recreation—have been ordered to pay $12.1 million after a federal district court docket entered default judgment in favor of sophistication plaintiffs in a securities swimsuit.
The lawsuit alleged that Paragon, now bankrupt, defrauded 1000’s of U.S. traders who bought digital “PRG tokens” throughout the firm’s 2017 preliminary coin providing.
